A famuous architectural failure has become a well known landmark for Vũng Tàu. This half-done building project is right below the mountain of St. Jacques statue. Rumors had that this building foundation was tilting during the project contruction so the whole thing had to be called off. But other rumors also had that there were too much corruptions among the parties involved in the project and the foreign investment group got broke or pulled out wounded.
I tend to beleive in the second rumor more as it is a well known problem for ANY foreign investment involvement. Be careful y'all...Even I get ripped off left and right touring around with my family.
