This is how you can enjoy a family evening in Bãi Sau Beach. These street vendor softdrink stalls provide nice beach chair for tourists to kickback on the high spot with a nice view out to the sea. You can just walk around to enjoy the view then sit down to the chairs for a small cost....of which you can negotiate for your whole stay. Don't negotiate by the hour...they charge you more.
However, on my last visit in early 2002, these street vendors were all gone as the government banned them from doing this kind of business. I think it makes sense as I used to witness the street vendors fighting among each other just because we sat down at a different vendor on a different day. :)
