The formal gate to Sao Mai elementary school (Trường Tiểu Hoc Sao Mai). The word phrases on both sides of the entrance reads "Tiên Hoc Lễ" and "Hậu Hoc Văn". That means "Learn to be Respectful First" (then) "Learn about Literature Later". The phrases seem to be a popular "decoration" in every VN shool... :O)
