| Here's the main gate of the Thu Thiem Ferry station...all mopeds and foot-traffic must enter that tiny little entrance there on the right. The big gates are only used for cars and truck. This view is looking toward downtown Saigon just beyond the view...some high-rise buildings are shown in the background.

i grew up here, and i havent been back. if this is the Thu Thiem side, my old house is about 5 mins to the right of the picture. I left when I was 10. I'm going back for the first time since 86. The suspense is killing me.
