Beleive it! This was shot on Đinh Bo Lĩnh street in front of Bến Xe Miền Đông. My family stayed just about a quater mile away. I and my Dad were sitting on a Cyclo at the moment. The monsoon rain poured down just before we got off the bus from Vũng Tàu. And the streets were fully flooded. Of course, this is no unusual sight for the locals there in Saigon....it was amusing for me though.
