Bác Sĩ Dũng, Khám Bệnh Ngoài Giờ....:) Locals take it roughly as..."Dr. Dũng, After hour Medical Office". This is in Cao Lãnh's City...near Cao Lãnh Market. My brother is a Physical Doctor for Cao Lãnh Hospital in the city and he is allowed to have an after hour private office like this. He still has to work for the City's General Hospital because of legal restrictions....his pay is about $100 USD monthly! ...yikes. :(
