This is Ngã Ba Ong Đồn (3-Way Junction of Ong Đồn).
This area was now renovated to be a park in 2002. Before this, it didn't even have sidewalks around it. It was a big trash dump site and Bến Xe Lam because the (old) Ong Đồn Market is on the right view of this shot.

Sense-of-Direction:
This shot is taken on Highway 1 side of the road... Going to the right will head to Núi Le Going straight ahead on the road in front is where the ACTUAL 3-way split. At that junction, turn right will go to Gia Rây, turn left will get back to Highway 1...
