| Nấm Mối (Nam Moi Mushroom). This type of mushroom is the ultimate mushroom for all to taste once in their life time. To the locals...they still can't get enough of this type of mushrooms since it CAN'T be grown by human. Why? It is mainly because that these mushrooms are grown based on a by product produced by the underground colony of con Mối (termites). Their saliva has some chemical substance that triggered the growth of these mushrooms naturally....I recommend ALL tourists who visit Đồng Nai must find a chance to enjoy these mushrooms. There are no other mushrooms could match this type that I know of.
