Hi im new just signed up but I aint new to the game. I cheat by modifying my config files to get all engines an tires such an such... But I just wanted to say Im glad to find this place cuz theres hardly anything on Street Legal like for modifying the game. But now im looking for a challenge like building a custom chassis with custom paint an with those multiple NOS tanks. I just really need to know where I can get the tools an dont worry I aint no Noob im a computer engineer. Peace

well to make a custom chassis (like a new car????) you need ZModeler or 3d studio max, and the Dev-kit (development kit) theres plugins to save to .scx format. as for painting, you go in to you save game folder in ...\Activision Value\Street LEgal\save\***(the folder the car is saved in) and you will see file with PlayerCar***(anything.) you can rename them with the .jpg extension to open them up in photoshop or paintshop pro. and for NOS tanks, you can just open up the main.cfg files and copy the lines for nos tanks, make new slots and play around with the numbers to get them in the right place. hope that helps :)
