There are some CDs that already have the patches...you may not need the patches again. Try and check the details of the box.

bleh i got rid of the box a long time ago when i bought the game. cant you just look at the version at the main screen? Its on the lower left corner. mine says v 1.31 is this the most up to date version?

mines v1.31 and i installed the patches so its up to date

If you have version 1.31 you dont need to even attempt to install the patches. They are already installed....came like that from the factory!
