Hardest part is to figure out what engine parts. it's really tough for me to build turbo engines.

I am disappointed that they don't have turbo for the V8 engine. The best you can get out of it is just the super charger. May be NOS can help more power.

turbo only works on I4 and v6 engines (twin turbo on v6) everything you need is in the same area usually.

you have probly made progress so how do you get better cars without cheats and get to level 2 i think its hard

I didn't need no cheatz. i keep coming back to the car dealer to find the best variation for my car purchase
sometimes they have a really light car with higher horse power. look into the car detail. then with some money you can upgrade some nice tires and shocks you can beat the first level with some fun.

Yeah. I dropped all the un-needed things to to lighten the car too.
i dumped all the doors, hood and trunk lid and even mufflers
running the car bare can be fun it is really light and you can beat the toughest racer for the lavel more easily. if you go for looks then try to upgrade the more powerful engine and have all the nice body kits you want.
