Can you help me? I tried useing the money hack yet it didn't work so can you help me? I was wondering if you can just send me a save file to help me. I just need the money

I just sent you the file again. Remember that this hacked file I have is for Street Legal 1. And it was done on the game with first 3 patches installed.
Download the file and OVERWRITE it with an existing saved game in anyfolder you just saved.
