do u know were u can get the engine download at cause 2 downloads ant worken at edgebuliders.org and streetchallange.com/da.ru or something like that i did download something gave me 16mill and 2 carlots of cars

After you download these cars for Street Legal, how do you put them into your game? Am I missing something? Everyone talks of this like it is so easy. In other words, I have already downloaded cars for this game, but there are not on my game still. There are still on my documents. Please tell me how to put these in the game.
