I recently started hacking this game. So far I have done a 618ci V8 engine into my Coyot, the money hack, Custom Decals(***IN PROGRESS***), and the Hotwheels hack, which made my car look very much like a dragracer. I have noticed if you go into the "decals" folder you can edit the decals to what you want, I am currently trying to fix some bugs in the decals that I create, I am making a Ford decal for my car. I just started this yesterday. :-)

the bugs take too long too fix. ive been at it for 6 weeks now, and still on it. but im almost done

ive seen all kinds of decals 4 all car models chevy, ford(GAY), toyota, nisson etc... at some site
