ive got the patches to street legal but i need info... do you have to reinstall street legal to install the patches and then reinstall street legal caus they wont install on my pc

u should be able to install patches if u uninstall street legal and delete all extra files in program file like activison value street legal,etc... then reinstall street legal then install patches

I downloaded a patch from the invictus website, but when i run it, it says all my files from my game are an unknown something..y is it doing that?

you MUST uninstall ur game and delete ALL the street legal files including ur saves cause they wont work anyway then u install all of the patches at once

Don't I have to install the game to update it? I did uninstall and try to install the patches and it says it can't update because there are no files to update. I don't like the game without patches it looks stupid and acts stupid

Ugh...sorry to be back again, but i have all the patches on my computer, and I uninstalled Street Legal, then I deleted the directory, then I reinstalled just like the instructions say. But when I go to install Patch 1 the same unknown version error. Now would someone like to help me to get this to work?

Dude, what a snag. Did you delete the Street Legal folder after the uninstall? It keeps older files there.
Then re-install fresh again.

Hey, did you install it all with default paths?
It chose c:\Program Files\Activsion...etc.
That's what I go with.
What Windows version you have?

Eh, doesn't matter anymore I found out what was wrong. Since I recently bought the game, it is already up to date.

how did you find out that your version was already up to date? The exact same thing happened to me with the patches not working and i contacted customer support and they told me the same thing every time all the time. delete street legal, reinstall it and install the patches before playing it. It wouldt work no matter how many times i tried or which ever sequence i did it in. I have winidows 2000 and this sux. I told customer support to just forget about it cuz im tired of dealing with this stupid bugged azed game. Its a shame how this site has more info on the game that the manufacturer itself.
