When i first got the game i installed it and downloaded all of the poatches and it worked great, i played it all the way through and modified it and had a bunch of fun and now when i wanted to play it agian on windows xp i isntalled it and went into the game and when i hit the street the game is in slow motion. i dont get it is it because i modified some files or somthing?\
BTw this is Street legal

Wow your patches actually worked? what original version of the game did you have? I have v 1.31 and the patches dont recognize the version or something.
If you changed OS then you should update your direct x drivers.
